LIABILITIES

Cover – the liability of a given legal entity for material and non-material damages caused to third parties because of the usage of a product, which has been manufactured, sold, delivered or fitted by the insured legal entity. It is essential to emphasise that the cover can be expanded to foreign territories as far as manufacturers exporting their products are concerned. This in turn influences the amount of the insurance premium.

In some trades the law provides for liability by the professionals practicing them in case they fail to perform their professional obligations. Depending on the various types of professions, additional security can be obtained and everyone practicing a given profession can insure their professional liability.

The covers include every claim for damages inflicted because of non-performance of a professional obligation, as a result of negligence or mistake.
